Your audio never leaves your device

Recording, transcription, and speaker identification run entirely in your browser. The audio is stored only on your device (in the browser’s local storage) and is never uploaded to us or anyone else.

What we collect

  • Account info (email, name) — to sign you in, via our auth provider.
  • Meeting text (transcripts, summaries, speaker labels) — only if you have a Pro account, synced to your account so you can search and access it across devices. Stored encrypted at rest.
  • Billing info — handled by our payment processor; we don’t store card numbers.

Service providers (processors)

  • Clerk — authentication & billing.
  • Neon (Postgres) — cloud storage of your meeting text (Pro).
  • Google Gemini / Anthropic — generates the summary from the transcript text only.
  • Google Gemini (embeddings) — for Pro's “Ask your meetings”, synced meeting text is converted into search vectors stored with your account. Audio is never involved; deleting a meeting deletes its vectors.
  • Stripe — payment processing (via Clerk).
  • Vercel — hosting.

[Confirm this list and add each provider’s role / data-processing terms.]

Your rights

You can delete any synced meeting from your account at any time (“Remove from account”), export your notes, and delete your account. EU/UK users have rights under the GDPR (access, deletion, portability, etc.); California users under the CCPA. [Add how to exercise these and your legal basis for processing.]
